Who is it for?
For business owners and small teams who struggle to keep up with social media. You share your news, business knowledge and original photos or videos. I turn them into content and keep your accounts active.
What I’ll handle
I plan your posts, write the captions, create the visuals and adapt the content for each channel before scheduling it.
We share files online and set clear deadlines for feedback. You approve the content before it goes live. If we’re in different time zones, we’ll find meeting times that work for both of us.
I work with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The packages below cover Instagram and Facebook. TikTok and additional channels are quoted separately.

Regular Instagram and Facebook posts for a business that needs a smaller monthly content package.
- Four feed posts and four single-frame Stories
- A monthly schedule, captions and simple graphics
- Posts adapted and published on Instagram and Facebook
- A brief monthly performance review
You supply the photos and other source material. Filming and Reel editing are not included.

- Eight feed posts, including two simple Reels edited from your footage
- Eight single-frame Stories
- A monthly content plan, captions, design and publishing
- A monthly performance review and one check-in call
The two Reels count toward the eight feed posts. You supply the original photos and footage.

What is not included?
Daily replies to private messages, ad management, photography and filming are not included. Both packages include one round of revisions; please send your feedback together.
One feed post means one content idea adapted for Instagram and Facebook. The same content published on both counts as one post. Each Story is a single frame.
The smaller package does not include the ten additional content ideas or the in-depth call offered with monthly consulting.

- I plan posts that explain the service, show how it works and address common concerns.
- You review the content and send your feedback. I make the included revisions and schedule the posts.

A few things to know before we work together.
Can we work together if I’m in another country?
Yes. Planning, content creation and publishing can all be handled remotely. Before we start, we’ll agree on the working language, meeting times and how to share files and feedback.
Is TikTok included in the monthly packages?
The listed packages cover Instagram and Facebook. I can include TikTok in a separate quote, with a clear price and list of what’s included.
Do I need to supply photos and videos?
Yes. Both packages use your photos and footage. I can help you work out what to capture. If you need filming too, we’ll agree on the location and any travel costs separately.
Can you guarantee sales or follower growth?
No. We can set goals and track progress, but sales also depend on your products or services, website, audience and how you follow up with potential customers.
